Division 01 — Turnkey Environmental Infrastructure

Design, fabrication, installation and commissioning under one roof — engineered to meet Central & State Pollution Control Board norms, with lifecycle maintenance built in.

1. Bio-Medical & Industrial Incinerators

Double-chambered, high-efficiency thermal destruction of bio-medical, industrial hazardous, general / municipal and animal wastes. Capacity bands from 20 to 500+ kg/hr, engineered to the Bio-Medical Waste Management Rules 2016 and the Hazardous & Other Wastes Rules 2016, with a 30 m stack.

2. Industrial Boilers

High-efficiency steam and hot-water boilers for utility, process heating and sterilisation duties, from 100 to 25,000+ kg/hr, fabricated in strict accordance with the Indian Boiler Regulations (IBR) and ASME Section I. Efficiency of 85–92% on Net Calorific Value.

3. Effluent & Water Treatment Plants

4. Sewage Treatment Plants

Pre-engineered and custom domestic wastewater systems optimised for odour control, low noise and a minimal land footprint in populated areas. Guaranteed output of BOD below 10, COD below 50 and TSS below 10 mg/l — safe for flushing, horticulture and cooling towers.

• AMC / CMC for all systems — ETP, WTP, STP, boilers, incinerators and chimney stacks, with site audits, preventive schedules and 24/7 emergency response. Standard AMC covers scheduled technician visits, instrument calibration and emergency troubleshooting; Comprehensive CMC adds spare parts, consumables and refractory top-ups under one fixed annual fee.

• Chimney & stack works — self-supporting MS chimney and stack fabrication and erection with sampling ports, platforms and ladders; stack repair, refractory and liner replacement; online emission monitoring hook-ups.

• Expert manpower supply — certified Boiler Operators (BOE / 1st & 2nd Class), skilled ETP / STP operators, instrumentation technicians and on-site compliance engineers, statutorily compliant and background-verified.
